And I just had to take a picture and share. Here's a brief how to:
I cooked my bacon, I sat that pot a side but spooned out the clean bacon grease into a cool non stick skillet. I turned the stove on to a medium/low heat and cracked my egg into the grease. I used my spoon to shovel grease on top of the egg while cooking. Once the white was almost done I started spooning grease on to the yoke. Once my yoke "milked" over I used a wide spatula to scoop the egg onto my plate. I dabbed the egg with a paper towel to get rid of excess grease.
And that toast right there, that is why I do not own a toaster. I smear butter on both sides and toast in my skillet.Pin It
