I jogged just under one mile today. It's been at least a month since my last jog and then I got sick, I stayed sick, I couldn't shake my allergies, my blahs, my don't wannas. This evening I finally sucked it up and went. I didn't push far or hard. I did just under a mile, I didn't time it. So here's to starting up...again. Because we all know that dieting is NOT an option! Pin It
